GTA Doors & Garage Doors provides exceptional, efficient, honest and affordable service. A car rolled into the bottom panel of my garage door, causing some hinges to become bent and undone - the door was partly broken. I called Ross the evening that it happened and he was able to provide all my options with detailed explanations of each. He scheduled a time the following day at noon at my convenience and came over. With his craftsmanship, he was able to provide a fix that catered to my needs 80% cheaper than what other companies had told me. Beyond this, Ross even offered an additional discount after the job was done that we could not take. His customer service, expertise, and transparent & affordable pricing is second to none. GTA Doors & Garage Doors definitely deserves much more recognition than other companies who will try to run up the bill as much as possible. We recently moved into a new build and guess what, we had manual garage doors! Given a new home, we barely had time to get to converting our garage door into a smart one. But 2 months later, we finally decided to get it done! We bought a Chamberlain video garage door opener from Costco and were looking to professionally get it installed. Ross from GTA Doors and Garage Doors was our first call, based on past 5 star reviews and it pleases me to rate his service another 5 stars, because truly he’s that good. He knows his stuff and is truly an expert on garage doors and doors! He’s punctual, sincere, thoroughly professional, and goes above and beyond in his service. From the moment he arrived, he was looking out for us. He let us know the latest Chamberlain model that we had was designed for 7ft doors, but ours was 8ft. He shared what we could consider to support 8ft opening, and pros and cons of sticking with a 7ft belt drive. Based on his expert advice, we made the decision to stick with our standard model and get that installed. After the work was done, he helped us set up the smart device on our phones, explained every feature of the model that we purchased (things we didn’t even realize we had paid for) and he gave us tips to extend life of our device, how to care for battery, how to care for doors, video sensors, in short how we can be set up for long term!! Anyone looking for anything related to doors, garage or otherwise, should definitely consider Ross and his business! His services are very reasonably priced and he provides great warranty on them.
